From the desk of our spiritual director, Lenza Smith
November invites us to turn inward with gratitude and recognize the sacred presence of Spirit in every season of life. As the trees release their leaves, we, too, can gently release old judgments, limiting beliefs, and yesterday’s disappointments. Through the wisdom of Science of Mind, we remember that our thoughts help shape our experience, and each moment offers an opportunity to choose again. Even amid uncertainty, we can nurture a consciousness of love, abundance, and possibility, trusting the Divine within to guide our next step.
This month, let gratitude become a daily spiritual practice—a quiet blessing upon what is, and an open invitation to what may unfold. Through meditation, affirmative prayer, and acts of kindness, we align with the peace and harmony we wish to experience in the world. We honor our connection with all life, knowing that every loving thought and compassionate action contributes to our shared well-being. Let our affirmation for November be: “I am rooted in Spirit, open to possibility, and grateful for the good unfolding through me.”
